RoboRecruiter Inc. Names Long-time Linkedin Executive Steve Lewis Global President

San Francisco, CA, Release: April 25, 2019.

RoboRecruiter Inc. today announced that Steven Lewis has been appointed Global President with Strategic, Operational and Commercial responsibility for our business outside the US .

Steve was most recently the Director, Global Strategic Program - Search, Staffing & RPO at LinkedIn where he led one of LinkedIn’s fastest growing business segments for the past seven years.  Before that he spent ten years in the early JobBoard industry as Managing Director of The Network, building the World’s largest sales and marketing alliance from the ground up at totaljobs.com.

“I am hugely excited to be joining such a fast-paced startup in an incredibly interesting marketplace.  From my time at totaljobs.com and LinkedIn I’ve learned that corporate clients, recruitment consultancies, ATSs and job-boards all need to keep candidate talent engaged and responsive in their databases.  Especially those expensively-acquired “Placeable/Hireable Now” folk. SMS delivered conversational AI is proving to be one of the most powerful tools they can use to do just that. I’m really impressed by RoboRecruiter’s easy set-up to drive candidate response that is shockingly good.  40% of all responses in the first 10mins and 60% in the first hour. This is literally automating the heavy-lifting to make Hiring more Human again”, said Steve Lewis

This leadership appointment is effective immediately and follows the decision by the RoboRecruiter board of directors and executive team to continue to expand its global footprint with strategic leadership.

“We are thrilled to have Steve join the team and help lead RoboRecruiter in furthering recruitment automation. With the extensive background that he has in the sector and experience in fast-moving technology companies ” said Chris Collins

About RoboRecruiter

RoboRecruiter was designed to solve the recruitment pain-point of keeping candidate databases up to date and engaged.  On average recruiters spend 26 hours per week on new candidate sourcing activities and yet only use 1-5% of their database.  Through the use of our automated messaging and conversational engagement platform, recruiters are able to reactivate their candidate database, speed up the hiring process and reduce the cost of candidate acquisition; ultimately helping with the heavy lifting of a recruiter's day, while giving recruiters real time back to concentrate on the worthwhile and meaningful aspects of their role.
