Sales Director 

Full-Time in San Francisco, California. Candidates must be local and available for in-person interview.

We’re looking for an energetic, driven, Sales Director (SD) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing startup and help build and structure a sales organization. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in shaping our core values and achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Our Sales Director will be a player coach and be responsible for building a great overachieving sales team!  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Foster our new sales team, leading and building a sales oriented culture
  • Identify and close key accounts and business
  • Build and grow a pipeline of customer prospects
  • Hit our US or EMEA Sales targets

Skills & qualifications:

  • Experience building a great sales team
  • Comfortable cold contacting senior executives, VPs and founders
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Energetic, driven, and outgoing personality
  • Successful
  • Entrepreneurial mindset / experience working at an early stage startup / Saas Sales Experience Preferred
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering from a top tier school is highly desirable
