We’re looking for an energetic, driven, Sales Director (SD) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing startup and help build and structure a sales organization. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in shaping our core values and achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Our Sales Director will be a player coach and be responsible for building a great overachieving sales team!
- Foster our new sales team, leading and building a sales oriented culture
- Identify and close key accounts and business
- Build and grow a pipeline of customer prospects
- Hit our US or EMEA Sales targets
Skills & qualifications:
- Experience building a great sales team
- Comfortable cold contacting senior executives, VPs and founders
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Energetic, driven, and outgoing personality
- Entrepreneurial mindset / experience working at an early stage startup / Saas Sales Experience Preferred
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering from a top tier school is highly desirable
