This new addition is great for quickly processing through large pools of candidates and producing a digital resume for people who do not have Linkedin or have a resume available when you reach out to them. All the videos can then be used as an additional element to use when making a hiring decision. For the candidate they can quickly and easily record the video from their phone or desktop all within the overall RoboRecruiter flow.
