Live and Filterable

RoboPulse is uniquely positioned as a true live dashboard. All candidate responses are updated on the RoboPulse dashboard within seconds of the candidate interaction. There is no need to manually retrieve reports, so your recruitment team can react quickly to important incoming candidate data and efficiently. Need to focus on certain types of candidates? No problem; RoboPulse is fully customizable and allows recruiters to view the most qualified candidates first, by location, skills, experience, or whatever qualifications you may require.

 

SMS

Beyond displaying your incoming candidate data, RoboPulse allows two-way SMS communication to your candidates. Sometimes, instead of tapping a link to chat with our virtual assistant, candidates will simply reply directly to SMS outreach with questions or quick notes. For example, candidates may ask about rates, indicate their availability, or request more information about the position. Instead of missing out on these candidate interactions altogether, we now have the ability to interact back and forth via SMS. With a few clicks, recruiters can send text messages to one or many candidates in real time. This not only helps us better reach these candidates, but it is also a better user experience for these users to be able to interact with a human when an automated experience does not quite fit their situation.

Campaign Follow up

SMS is an excellent and immediate way to follow up with candidates, and we take it a step further by giving the ability to send follow up campaigns from the RoboPulse dashboard. We first establish a campaign library to allow recruiters to quickly make follow up actions when appropriate. For example, say there are a set of standout candidates with over 10 years of experience, available to start within a week, and located within 30 miles of the job location. With a few clicks, we can fire off a scheduling campaign to the entire candidate set and fill your recruiters’ calendars with interviews within minutes. Follow up campaigns aren’t limited to scheduling - we can follow up with additional questions to qualified candidates, request documentation, or ask for references.
