Bullhorn Update: Making Live Interaction Easier with RoboPulse

Here is an example of a flow a recruiter might use in their Bullhorn integration:

  • Recruiter identifies high-priority candidates for the role they are looking to fill and creates a tearsheet
  • Recruiter launches a campaign to the tearsheet directly from the job/vacancy record
  • RoboRecruiter handles the candidate outreach, and the recruiter opens RoboPulse to reply to any incoming SMS messages and view chatbot responses in real time
  • Recruiter sees candidates who meet the right profile and sends them a follow up Calendly campaign from RoboPulse to schedule an interview
  • Candidates reply to the campaign and schedule interviews directly within the chat
  • RoboRecruiter sends all information received via the chat back to the Candidate record, parses and attaches any documents uploaded

By combining RoboPulse with Bullhorn, recruiters have time to focus on live interactions while RoboRecruiter automatically syncs chatbot responses directly into the Candidate record.
